This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through celinewear.com.
Delivery Area
CELINE LINGERIE currently delivers only within mainland France.
We currently do not deliver to:
- Corsica;
- French overseas departments and territories;
- military addresses or military bases;
- destinations outside the supported mainland-France delivery area.
Orders submitted with an unsupported delivery address may be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within mainland France.
There is no minimum order amount required for standard free shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within:
1–3 business days
For the purpose of this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays.
Daily Order Cut-Off
Our daily order cut-off time is:
16:00 CET/CEST
Orders placed before the daily cut-off enter our normal processing workflow.
Orders placed after 16:00 CET/CEST are treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or French public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
The cut-off time concerns order processing and does not constitute a next-day delivery guarantee.
Transit Time
After an order has been processed and dispatched, estimated transit time is:
3–5 business days
Processing and transit are separate periods:
Order processing: 1–3 business days
Transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may require some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be modified after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
