Where does CELINE LINGERIE deliver?
We currently deliver only within mainland France.
We do not currently deliver to Corsica, French overseas departments and territories, military addresses or destinations outside our supported mainland-France delivery area.
Is shipping free?
Yes.
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders within mainland France.
No minimum purchase amount is required.
How long does processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays.
What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 16:00 CET/CEST.
Orders placed after 16:00 CET/CEST are treated as received on the next business day for processing.
Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.
Processing time and transit time are separate.
Can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
How long do I have to return an item?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
CELINE LINGERIE pays the return shipping cost for eligible returns.
Do you charge a restocking fee?

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes.
Eligible products may be exchanged within the applicable 30-calendar-day return period, subject to availability.
How long does a refund take?
After an eligible return has been received and approved, CELINE LINGERIE processes the refund within 3 business days.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Where reasonably necessary, we may ask for photographs to help assess the problem.
